Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All merchandise sales support The Abby Outdoor Initiative, Inc. 100% of proceeds go directly to our nonprofit programs. All sales are final.

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are allowed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item and for shipping the replacement.
  • We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or the wrong size.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

All other merchandise is final sale unless damaged, defective, or a size exchange. This includes:

  • Crafts and handmade items
  • Stickers
  • Custom items or limited editions

Shipping Returns

If approved for a replacement or refund, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit.
